Step Two: Obtain a Library Barcode

Look on the back of your Carlow ID card. There should be a library barcode sticker there. If there is not, fill out a Grace Library Registration Form (PDF) and fax to 412-578-6242 or E-mail to gracelibrary@carlow.edu. If you already have a barcode number proceed to step three.

Fill out a Material Request Form (PDF) and fax the form to Grace Library ( 412-578-6242) or E-mail it to gracelibrary@carlow.edu. The material will be mailed to you via US Mail. You are responsible for returning items to the library via US mail or in person by the due date.
